We moved to Watford City in November of 2012 to work on several land development projects in town. Jake and I both have a background in land entitlements (zoning, plat maps, utilities coordination, environmental reports) and this was our first experience with the construction process. We worked on the Fox Hills development, the Wolf Run Village essential worker housing, and the Wolf Pup Daycare. Because of my knowledge of the financing of the project, I became the property manager for the Wolf Run Village apartments. I was so excited to help people get into more permanent housing and loved the whole experience. 

Jake and I started a property management business shortly after that and I obtained my real estate salesperson's license in May of 2015. I was able to help so many great people find perfect homes and decided to focus my efforts on home sales. I also found that commercial real estate was another interesting sector where I could help people build their small businesses! 

I obtained my Broker license in 2019 and have enjoyed continuing to learn and develop my real estate knowledge. I took courses to achieve an Accredited Buyers' Representative (ABR) designation, and recently completed courses to achieve a Sellers' Representative Specialist (SRS) designation as well. I am a Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR) specialist and continue to learn new skills every day so that I can better serve everyone in our area.
